HoR passes two bills

Kathmandu : The House of Representatives has passed the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075 and the Provincial Public Service Commission (Basis and Criteria Determination) Bill-2075.
During today's second meeting of HoR, Minister for Finance, Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada, on the behalf of the Prime Minister tabled the proposal, seeking the endorsement of the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075.
Similarly, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bhanubhakta Dhakal, tabled the proposal, seeking approval of the Provincial Public Service Commission (Basis and Criteria Determination) Bill-2075.
The Finance Committee had presented the Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075 while the Provincial Public Service Commission (Basis and Criteria Determination) Bill-2075 was tabled by State Affairs and Good Governance Committee along with the proposal.
