METLIFE OPENS NEW OFFICE IN SURKHET

Inaugurates Agency Office in Birendranagar

 Kathmandu: MetLife Nepal’s Vice President and General Manager Nirmal Kajee Shrestha inaugurated a new agency office in the Mid- western city of Birendranagar, Surkhet district. This will be MetLife’s 32^ndoffice in all of Nepal and 5^thin the Mid-western region.

The expansion will provide additional access to facilities and convenience to our customers in and around Surkhet and Karnali regions.The new office will provide customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling and document processing.

“As we are planning to spread our services throughout the country, the addition of this office will add value to our customers in the Mid- western region,” said Shrestha. “The location and provision of additional services will increase our ability to serve our customers and assist us in expanding further in the region.”
