METLIFE OPENS NEW OFFICE IN KATHMANDU

Inaugurates Agency Office in Ravi Bhawan

Kathmandu : MetLife Nepal’s Vice President and General Manager Nirmal Kajee Shrestha inaugurated a new agency office inside tha capital city in Ravi Bhawan.

This will be MetLife’s 31st office in all of Nepal and 10th within the Kathmandu valley.

The expansion will provide additional access to facilities and convenience to our customers in Kalanki-Kalimati-Soaltee mode area of the valley. The new office will provide customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling and document processing.

“The new office is a valuable addition to our business as we continue to strenghten and expand our presence in Nepal,” said Shrestha. “The location and provision of additional services will increase our ability to serve our current and potential clients even better.”
