Kathmandu: OMODA&JAECOO has launched its "Future Intelligent Ecosystem" strategy at the recent 2024 OMODA&JAECOO International User Summit in Wuhu, China. Over a hundred media representatives and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from 28 countries attended the Summit to experience the brand’s vision. The brand vision aims to create a seamless "human-machine-life" ecosystem that connects service chains across commercial and home environments. This ecosystem is powered by advanced service robots, including the bionic humanoid Mornine and the quadruped family robot Argos, designed to meet evolving global user needs.
Driven by a user-centric development approach, OMODA&JAECOO showcased its AI breakthroughs, highlighting robots that enhance human life at home and in commercial sectors. In response to global demographic shifts, these robots are crafted to address the needs of the ageing population in developed regions with companionship and health care, while supporting the younger demographics in developing areas with interactive education and entertainment.
The robots, Mornine and Argos, have undergone extensive research to ensure stable hardware and intelligent interaction, achieving a strong balance between software and hardware. This includes advanced language models and control algorithms, ensuring versatility in both commercial and household applications. Mornine can serve as a smart assistant in car dealerships, handling customer reception, product demos, and user care, which not only enhances customer experiences but also helps reduce dealer labour costs. Mornine’s capabilities extend to other environments, such as retail and hospitality, offering customizable features for various service sectors.
For household applications, Mornine can support household chores, remote vehicle control, entertainment, health monitoring, and companionship—especially for elderly family members. Meanwhile, Argos is an ideal companion for children and teenagers, assisting with sports, emotional interaction, and development.
OMODA&JAECOO’s strategy envisions service robots not just as "tools" but as life-enhancing companions for diverse family needs. By meeting these needs and fostering collaboration among products, the brand is advancing robotics technology, optimizing costs, and promoting the
widespread adoption of intelligent services. This future ecosystem will contribute to the service robot industry’s growth and bring innovative, intelligent solutions to households worldwide.
