Namaste Pay launches Smart QR services across Nepal

Kathmandu: Namaste Pay has announced the launch of QR based payment services available across all Smart QR merchants in Nepal. With all this, Namaste Pay users can now use “Scan and Pay” feature and make QR based payments at all outlets accepting Smart QR issued by Smart Choice Technologies (SCT). Smart QR currently has a network of 1 lakh 60 thousand merchants across Nepal.

Users can simply download and register to Namaste Pay to avail QR based payments and can pay up to NPR 1,00,000 per day and NPR 10,00,000 per month through QR once if they are KYC verified.

Additionally, Namaste Pay users can get an attractive discount of 30% (up to Rs. 300) while purchasing from Gold Star showrooms using Smart QR. Smart QR network operator, Smart Choice Technologies Limited and Namaste Pay Wallet operator, Nepal Digital Payments Company Limited have jointly informed that many more attractive offers on smart QR payments will come in the near future.
