Govt weakening by itself: Nidhi

Janakpurdham : Nepali Congress Vice-President Bimalendra Nidhi has said that the incumbent government was weakening by itself. While inaugurating the 13th district convention of Dhanusha Congress, leader Nidhi added that they could not show their faith on the government as it was weakening due to its own activities.

He further argued that the government activities were creating risks to the federal set up and the constitution. Leader Nidhi added that the NC was the guardian of democracy therefore it will struggle for democracy at any cost. On another note, Nidhi also former DPM said that the provincial government of the Province-2 has shown weaknesses by floating internal issues to foreigners in course of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's civic felicitation in Janakpur on May 11.

He said such issues should be talked to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli not to Indian PM Modi. Speaking at the same programme, leaders Ananda Prasad Dhungana, Mahendra Yadav, Ram Krishna Yadav, Smriti Narayan Chaudhary among others expressed dissatisfaction over the groupism and rising favoritism in the party. (RSS)
