Samriddhi School signed an agreement with FranklinCovey Education

Kathmandu : Today Samriddhi School signed an agreement with FranklinCovey Education to become the first school in Nepal to officially launch an international program called the Leader In Me at their school. The Leader in Me program is FranklinCovey's whole school improvement process. It teaches 21st century leadership and life skills to all students and staff and creates a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. The program focuses on common language. This is accomplished through changing and improving Habits. It also partners with parents and families who will become actively involved in order to develop the whole child.

In just a few years, Samriddhi School has established themselves as one of the top schools of choice in Nepal. Today Samriddhi school took themselves a step further by partnering with an international organisation FranklinCovey Co.

FranklinCovey is a US based organisation founded by Dr. Stephen R. Covey and Hyrum W. Smith. Dr. Stephen R Covey is the writer of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which many leaders recognise as the best book in Leadership and Life Skills. Dr Stephen Covey himself is recognized as one of the most influential figures in thought Leadership. In Nepal they are represented by their partner FranklinCovey Nepal and Bhutan. Today FranklinCovey is the world leader in helping organisations achieve results that require lasting changes in human behaviour, often the most difficult challenge any organisation faces. Over 80% of Fortune 500 companies are their loyal and satisfied clients. In Nepal and Bhutan, many top-level and mid-level leaders have gone through these programs.

The launch which was done observing all the health protocols and maintaining social distance. During this program Sean Covey, son of Dr. Covey, well-known writer and president of FranklinCovey Education also congratulated Samriddhi Family for launching this program for the first time in Nepal. This program was attended by the Chairman of Samriddhi School Mr. Manohar Kumar Bhattarai, the CEO/Principal Mr. Naresh Prasad Shrestha, CEO of FranklinCovey Nepal and Bhutan Mr. Narayan Pradhan, and all their staff members and was moderated by Mr. Mohan Adhikari. All the parents and students were also able to witness the launch virtually through Zoom and the program was also live cast on the Youtube channel of Kasthamandap Television and Kendra Bindu.com.
